Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Pinackiyo product is made to order using your own photos. Because of this, we follow the policy below.

You can cancel your order for a full refund before our team starts designing it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 95670 44898 with your order number.
Once design or printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Personalised products can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong photo selection, or spelling/caption errors approved by you.

Please record a continuous unboxing video when you open your parcel, starting before the package is opened.
If your order arrives damaged, or has a printing or binding defect, send us the genuine, unedited unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Return or replacement requests without an unboxing video, or sent after 48 hours, can't be accepted.
After checking, we will reprint and resend the item at no cost, or issue a refund if a reprint isn't possible.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [5–7] working days.
